Hyderabad Institute for Technology and Management Sciences (HITMS) successfully hosted the first introductory event of the AWS Cloud Club HITMS, organized collaboratively by the IT Club HITMS and AWS Cloud Club HITMS, marking the official launch of a student-led cloud learning community on campus.
The event was honored by the presence of Prof. Dr. Syed Iqleem Haider Taqvi, Registrar HITMS, along with respected faculty members and the Deputy Director Students’ Affairs, whose participation added significant academic value and encouragement to the initiative.
The session was presented by Mr. Hanzala Salaheen, Captain of AWS Cloud Club HITMS, who introduced students to the fundamentals of cloud computing, the vision and mission of AWS Cloud Clubs, and the future learning and development opportunities planned for participants. His presentation provided valuable insights into modern cloud technologies and the growing importance of digital skills in today’s competitive landscape.
During the event, Prof. Dr. Iqleem Haider Taqvi shared his perspectives on emerging technologies and emphasized the importance of student-driven initiatives in fostering innovation, technical expertise, and professional growth. He encouraged students to actively participate in such platforms to enhance their knowledge and practical experience.
The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, followed by certificate distribution and an exciting lucky draw, making the event both informative and engaging for attendees.
