The Academic Head of Computer Science and Related Studies, Dr. Zahoor Hussain Shah, chaired a comprehensive Academic and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Review Meeting with the departmental teaching faculty at Hyderabad Institute for Technology and Management Sciences (HITMS).
The meeting focused on reviewing academic progress and discussing key aspects of OBE implementation, including curriculum planning, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies. Special emphasis was placed on the alignment of Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) with Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs), improving student learning outcomes, strengthening coordination among faculty members, and ensuring the effective implementation of academic and OBE policies.
The session also served as a platform for faculty members to share feedback, challenges, and constructive suggestions, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at continuous improvement and the maintenance of academic excellence at HITMS.
