Yes, It is HEC Recognized vide HEC Accreditation and Attestation Division permission/NOC Letter number 16(158)/A&A/Acc/HEC-2024/25, dated August 2, 2024.
After the 18th Constitutional Amendment only provincial government can open Degree Awarding Education organization as “University”. While Federal Government can open "Institutes". Both have equal degree awarding status.
It is situated in Daman-e-Kohsar Housing Society Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan. One can reach via Autobhan Rd or Airport Road.

The Board of Governors consists of the following members:

(a) The Pro-Chancellor (Chair)
(c) The Chairman of Higher Education Commission or his nominee, ex-officio
(e) One person nominated by the Government of Pakistan from among persons who are Engineers, Scientists, technologists or Industrialists of repute
(g) Three persons of outstanding merit in the field of Education, Engineering or Science, Industry, business & Administration to be nominated by President Islamic Republic of Pakistan / Chancellor
(b) The Rector, ex-officio
(d) Federal Secretary for Education and Professional Training or his nominee, ex-officio
(f) Two professors of Institute to be nominated by academic council.
 
(h) Two persons from industrial and business sectors of countries to be nominated by President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan/Chancellor on the recommendation of Chamber.
