After the 18th Constitutional Amendment only provincial government can open Degree Awarding Education organization as “University”. While Federal Government can open Degree Awarding Education Organization as “Institute”.
Hence, it is a similar education organization as a University.
It is situated in Daman-e-Kohsar Housing Society Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan. One can reach either, (1) via Autobhan Rd > Bhitai Hospital > Comprehensive School > Daman-e-Kohsar, or (2) via Airport Road towards Kohsar Housing Society > Daman-e-Kohsar
