The Hyderabad Institute for Technology and Management Sciences (HITMS) conducted an Examination Department Review Meeting on December 16, 2025, chaired by Mr. Muhammad Shahbaz Khan, Assistant Controller of Examinations. The session focused on the review and enhancement of examination procedures for the 1st and 2nd Semesters of Batch 2024, the inaugural batch of BS Computer Science and BS Software Engineering programs.
The meeting was organized in coordination with Dr. Zahoor Hussain Shah, Academic Head of Computer Science and Related Studies, and was attended by all faculty members of the department.
During the review, comprehensive discussions were held regarding examination activities conducted over the previous academic year, including paper setting, assessment protocols, result compilation, and overall exam management. Faculty members highlighted key challenges encountered during the process and shared valuable feedback aimed at improving transparency, accuracy, and efficiency within the examination system.
The meeting further emphasized the importance of strengthening coordination between the Examination Department and faculty members.
