Steps for NAVTTC Course Registration at HITMS

1. Visit the Official NAVTTC Portal
   Go to the registration website: NAVTTC Skills for All portal.

2. Create Your Account

   • Click on “Sign Up”

   • Enter your CNIC, name, email, and mobile number

   • Set a password and complete your profile

3. Verify Your Mobile Number

   • Enter the OTP sent to your phone

   • After verification, log in again

4. Complete Your Profile Information

   • Fill in details such as:

     • Personal Information

     • Address

     • Education

     • Skills (if any)

5. Select Your Desired Course

   • Go to Courses / Apply Now section

   • Choose the course you want (AI, Cyber Security, Advanced Python, etc.)

6. Choose Training Institute

   • From the list, select Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Sciences (HITMS)

7. Upload Required Documents

   • CNIC (Front & Back)

   • Passport size photo

   • Education documents (Matric / Intermediate / Graduation)

   • Any other required documents

8. Submit the Application

   • Review all details

   • Click Submit Application

   • Make sure your status shows “Submitted Successfully”

9. Wait for Confirmation Message
   NAVTTC or HITMS will contact you through SMS or call for:

   • Interview

   • Verification

   • Final selection

10. Visit HITMS for Final Enrollment

• Bring your original CNIC, documents, and copies

• Complete biometric verification (if required)

• Receive class schedule & orientation details
